How to Register Quarterly
1. Schedule an Appointment with Your Advisor - Your advisor
will help you select courses required by your major. Arrange to talk
with
your advisor during the first half of each quarter to plan your next
quarters course schedule.
Course offerings can be found at www.ureg.ohio-state.edu.
2. Complete web registration during your open window time. Your
registration window (the date and time during which you can register
for the next quarter) will be sent to you via an e-mail
registration notice during the second week of the quarter. You can also check your registration window by going into Buckeye Link to register. If your window is not open, a message will display telling you what day and time your window will open. The days
and times you may use the computers in Rooms 200 and 203, Halterman
Hall, for web registration will be posted on the lab doors. You may
also access computers for registration in Student Success Services, Skou
Hall, Room 128, or the ATI library. If you need help, see:
Your technology advisor
Jill Gallion, Academic Affairs,
219 Halterman Hall
Jim Lawrence, Program
EXCEL, 128 Skou Hall
3. Receive approved schedule. Your approved
schedule is e-mailed to you before the beginning of each quarter. If
you have questions concerning your schedule, contact your advisor.
4. Pay Registration Fees. You will receive a Statement of Account
via e-mail. Read your Statement of Account instructions. You will
be
charged a late penalty if you do not pay your fees by the listed deadline.
Refer to Paying Class Registration Fees.

After this date, a PETITION TO ADD FORM must be filed with the Ohio
State ATI Academic Affairs Office. A Late Add Petition
will be approved only if unusual or extenuating circumstances exist
beyond the student's control. If the circumstances do not meet these
criteria, you will not be permitted to attend the course.

the quarter:

complete the required courses and meet the credit hours needed to petition
for graduation. If you have any doubt about graduation requirements,
see your advisor or Ohio State ATI's Academic Affairs Office

Transfer Credit within
The Ohio State University System
When transferring within The Ohio State University system, the new
department or unit will decide what credit will transfer and apply
to the new major.
This applies to Ohio State ATI students transferring to Ohio
State Columbus or a regional campus.
Students who
wish to transfer into bachelors degree programs at the
College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences (CFAES) should
contact Ohio State ATI's Office of Registration and Scheduling to make
an appointment with a CFAES representative.
If you want to transfer from Ohio State ATI to another Ohio State University
college or campus, stop in the Academic Affairs Office,
219 Halterman Hall to pick up an Intra-University
Transfer (IUT) form.

Transferring Out of The
Ohio State University System
Transferring from one college to another should be planned carefully.
You should give special consideration to the consequences of your decision.
Transferring from Ohio State ATI to any four-year degree program represents
a change in life goals. This kind of transition involves confronting
challenges and handling numerous details. Please note that it is the
institution that a student wants to transfer into that
makes any and all
decisions regarding transfer credit.

and exams in an organized fashion to help other schools evaluate the
transferability of Ohio State ATI courses.
