Guidelines for Selecting a Topic:
1. Interesting: The topic should be something you are interested in
and which you want to
learn something about.
2. Appropriate: The topic should be directly relevant to your situation.
You should have.
the background and knowledge to read and understand the materials you
find
3. Manageable: The topic must be sufficiently limited so that you
can do a credible job in
the time and space available. You will probably need to restrict your
topic several
times after selecting an initial topic area.
4. Researchable: The topic should be feasible given the resources
available to you.
