Environmental Resources and Management

Test the waters of an exciting career that lets you make a real difference in the world. With a degree in Environmental Resources Management, you'll be well-positioned to work in governmental agencies or industry, exploring the effects of chemicals on the environment or applying soil and water conservation techniques.

Students in this program take such courses as: Modeling and Managing Soil Erosion, Weed Control in Field Crops, Living with Our Planet Earth.

Roll up your sleeves -- and your pant legs, too -- because you'll be learning outdoors as well as in the classroom, conducting field experiments, collecting samples and investigating the workings of nature. Conducting water and soil analyses at our Ohio State ATI Farm Lab can give you valuable firsthand experience you can take to your first professional position.
