Nursery Management

If you're the type who likes to spruce things up a bit, you may be considering a career at a nursery, garden center, arboretum or botanical garden. If so, our Nursery Management program is for you. You'll learn about plant species from colorful azaleas to mighty oaks, and you'll also gain exposure to the business side of this field.Nursery Management photo illustration--tree

Landscape Horticulture
Propagation of Nursery and Greenhouse Plants
Small Business Management
Horticultural Power and Equipment

You'll have plenty of opportunity to develop your green thumb too, working in our five production greenhouses, our historic conservatory and OARDC's 85-acre arboretum. A 15-week paid professional internship provides you with a little extra green while you make industry contacts.
